NEET PG Fresh Round 3 Counselling Notice 2025: The Supreme Court has issued a notice to the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) in response to a plea requesting a fresh Round 3 counselling for NEET PG 2024. The bench, comprising Justices BR Gavai and K Vinod Chandran, took cognizance of the matter.

The petition, filed by three NEET PG candidates, highlights alleged seat blocking by candidates due to delays in the completion of Round 2 counselling, particularly in Madhya Pradesh. It contends that the NEET PG AIQ Round 3 counselling was "compromised" as it commenced before the conclusion of Round 2 counselling in several states.

The petitioners argue that this situation allowed certain state quota candidates—who otherwise wouldn’t have been eligible—to secure AIQ seats while simultaneously obtaining better seats through the state quota. This, they claim, resulted in unfair disadvantages for other meritorious candidates.

As reported by LiveLaw, the petitioners have sought a directive for MCC to conduct an additional round of counselling to fill vacant seats that were previously blocked in states where Round 2 had not been completed. They have also urged the court to grant AIQ Round 3 eligible candidates the opportunity to register for the NEET PG 2024 stray vacancy round.

MCC Releases NEET PG 2024 Counselling Round 3 List of Joined Candidates

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has published a notice regarding the list of candidates who have successfully secured admission under NEET PG 2024 Counselling Round 3. The provisional list is now available on the official website – mcc.nic.in.

As per the official notice, "Candidates and institutes participating in PG Counselling 2024 are advised to check the provisional list of joined candidates as of February 7, 2025, till 11:30 AM. Those who have reported to their allotted college and completed admission formalities must ensure that their names are included in the list. If any candidate who has joined is not mentioned in the list, they should immediately contact their allotted college."

The released PDF contains details such as candidate names, roll numbers, allocated institute names, and subjects. Candidates are urged to verify their inclusion in the list to avoid any discrepancies.

For any missing names, candidates must contact their respective institutes without delay. Additionally, they are advised to regularly visit the official MCC website for further updates and announcements regarding the counselling process.
